1. Services
Transvera arranges express air freight, consolidated air cargo, cool-chain handling, charter services and air customs brokerage as described in each booking confirmation or service plan. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
2. Your responsibilities
You confirm that goods are accurately described, properly packed and lawful to carry, and that paperwork, permits and access details you supply are complete and correct.
3. Rates & payment
Rates follow the agreed plan or per-shipment quote. Duties, taxes and accessorial charges are billed at cost. Invoices are due within 14 days; late balances may pause future bookings.
4. Liability
Liability for loss or damage follows the applicable convention for each mode and the limits in your plan. Report visible damage at delivery and concealed damage within 7 days so claims stay valid.
5. Changes & cancellation
Bookings can be changed free of charge until capacity is committed; after that, supplier costs already incurred apply. Tell us early and we will always minimise the impact.
